One of my favorite trips was when I arrived in Venice after a long red-eye flight. It was like waking up in Oz - I'm struggling to find words to describe this enchanting city.
I traveled from Montreal to Venice to meet my high school friend Liza, and along the way, I made new friends.
The maze of waterways and bridges add charm, but the intense textures and flavors of the food surpass those at home.
